AFTER CARE

Synopsis:

Humans are nearly extinct. The only option is a contained programme for the conservation of the human race; remaining humans are to be adopted by hybrid-humans or live in captivity. Jaz is the only one left in the programme, when Obi, an escapee of the programme who lives in hiding, breaks in to rescue her. 

Emma Zadow

Emma is an actor and writer having trained at Rose Bruford College of Theatre & Performance. She recently appeared in It's A Wise Child (In Good Company) and Love Me Tinder (Old Red Lion). Emma was the recipient of the Fringe Encore Award 2017 at the Soho Playhouse in New York, appearing in Shell Shock and Mengele (Smokescreen Productions). Currently, she is a part of the Soho Writers Lab and developing a one woman show Hamotzi, for the Catalyst Festival at Theatre 503 in July.

Evy Barry

Evy Barry is a theatre, TV and film director. She's directed drama at the Southwark Playhouse, Old Red Lion & the Pleasance and made three award winning short films but she started out in TV where she's made documentaries for all of the main channels and has been award nominated for several of her human interest stories.

Christopher Jon-Hunter

Christopher received his B.A. in Acting from the University of Southern Queensland and performed professionally in a variety of onstage productions (ROMEO & JULIET, A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM, PYGMALION) and short films (INTERZONE) efore moving to Paris where he continued to hone his screen acting skills working on many independent shorts. Last year he made his London debut in Tommy Murphy’s OLDING THE MAN at the Brockley Jack Theatre and spent three months in Germany erforming in The English Theatre of Hamburg’s production of I’LL BE BACK BEFORE MIDNIGHT! Later this year you can see Christopher on-screen in the upcoming thriller THE 12.
